5. Training

Academy training sessions run during school term time in terms 1 to 4 (from the start September to the end of March appropriately).

Primary Academy

Primary Academy is for primary school aged children.

• Fridays - 4.30-5.30pm

Secondary Academy

Secondary Academy is for secondary school aged children and sessions are on:

• Wednesdays - 6.00pm - 7.00pm
• Fridays - 3.20pm - 4.20pm

Secondary aged children are welcome to attend one or both sessions. There is no extra charge for attending both, but it’s no problem if your child only can attend one.

Note: there are no training sessions on the Fridays immediately before school holidays (or during school holidays).

Summer Training

We also run summer hockey training on Fridays during school terms 5 and 6 using the same timings as above. The cost for this is £35 which is paid via your account which can be accessed either via this website or the Pitchero app.
