Adult training (14 years+) will commence on Wednesday 28th August. This session will be a mixed one and will run from 7-9pm.
The following session (4th September) will also be a mixed adult session from 7-9pm.
Separate ladies and men training will start on 11th September. Leading up to Christmas session times are:
Mens 1830 - 2000
Ladies 2000 - 2100

These times will then switch after Christmas.

We are planning on running a mixed session once a month.
