CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Elections of committee officers will take place at the AGM. Positions available for nominations are:
- Club Chair
- Club Secretary
- Treasurer
- Membership Secretary
- Fixtures Secretary
- Team Captains and Vice-Captains (Mens 1st, 2nds and Ladies 1st, 2nds, 3rds)
- Kit Manager
- Academy Assistant
- Hockey Heroes Leader and Assistant
- Umpire Co-ordinator
- Summer League Co-ordinator
- Ladies and Mens Chair of Selection
- Social Secretary
The committee intend to propose at the AGM two new committee positions to assist in the running of the club:
- Chair of Academy
- Social Media Officer
If there is more than one nomination for each role then a vote will take place at the AGM. If any roles have no nominees then they may be elected at the AGM.
For a description of each role, please see the attached document. The new roles will have descriptions added to this document to be ratified at the AGM. If you are interested in either of the new roles and you'd like more information on what they entail, please email secretary@keynshamhockey.club.
Instructions on how to nominate have been sent to all registered club members via email.
PROPOSALS
Information on how to submit a proposal has been sent to all registered club members by email. Please check your email and if you haven't recieved instructions then contact secretary@keynshamhockey.club.

If you are a club member you will shortly receive a link to complete our annual club survey.
The deadline for nominations and proposals is Wednesday 12th April. The agenda will be released shortly afterwards.
